AC/DC High Voltage Distributor is a strategic auxiliary equipment designed to establish a secure bridge between power supplies and anti-static ionizer elements in high voltage and DC applications, while multiplying connections and resolving cabling clutter.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Instead of pulling separate lines for each ionizer bar from the high-voltage units, outputs can be easily multiplied through this distributor by pulling a single main high-voltage cable. This feature both reduces cable costs and shortens installation time.
Safety and Operational Advantages:
Operator Safety: The use of a distributor minimizes the risk of operators accidentally coming into contact with high voltage and experiencing shocks in areas where electrostatic charges are generated.
Resistive Models (Current Limiting): Resistive models, especially preferred in IML (In-Mold Labeling) applications, offer current limiting features. This ensures that even if one of the output lines malfunctions or arcs, the other lines are not affected, and production continues without interruption.
Easy Assembly: The distributor input is connected directly to the generator and can power up to 4 ionizer devices depending on the model.
It can be used safely at maximum voltages of 40kVDC and 7.5kVAC.
