PULS In-Line Metal Detector inspects ferromagnetic (iron) and non-magnetic (copper, aluminum, stainless steel, brass) metal contaminants with the highest sensitivity, thanks to its superior detection technology developed for closed pipelines and pneumatic conveying systems and its high-resistance stainless steel structure. The system, which operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction, creates a continuous and stable electromagnetic field within the line. When small metal particles within the fluid solid raw material passing through the pipe disturb this field, the system detects the situation within milliseconds.
