The HT2 Series is a high-strength, low-profile "pancake" type load cell specifically developed for outdoor silo and tank weighing, where wind loads and lateral forces could otherwise compromise measurement accuracy.
GENERAL INFORMATION
HT2 type load cells provide excellent solutions in areas where height is restricted, thanks to their compact design. Operating on the shear beam principle, these cells maintain their form even under the harshest industrial conditions due to their nickel-plated special alloy steel body.
The most fundamental feature that distinguishes this model from its equivalents is its superior resistance against off-center lateral loads. It maintains weighing accuracy by tolerating lateral pressures caused by wind, especially in outdoor silos. The measurement area is made fully sealed against external factors such as water, oil, moisture, and dirt through special insulation methods and high-strength protection covers. Additionally, 350 Ohm or 700 Ohm bridge circuit options are available for energy efficiency and signal quality.
