In in-mold labeling processes, the static charge must be delivered synchronously from specific points to ensure the label fully conforms to the mold geometry. The Mini Distributor 6 Pin features a design small enough to be easily mounted inside label carrier apparatuses known as "Dami."
The device creates a homogeneous electrostatic field by transmitting the high voltage from the generator to 6 separate needle outputs. Thanks to these needles, labels are placed precisely inside the injection mold without any shifting or air bubbles, as if pushed by an invisible force. Its small structure minimizes weight on robotic arms, thereby maintaining operational speed.
