The PD-20 S is a rail-mounted smart transmitter that converts precise, low-level millivolt (mV/V) signals from load cells into standard industrial signals (Analog, ModBus, and Digital Out) compatible with PLCs, SCADA, or other automation systems.

PD-20 S, which takes up very little space in the panel with its compact design; offers an excellent performance for high-speed filling and packaging machines with its 100Hz sampling speed and 1 in 100,000 sensitivity.

Advanced Vibration Filter: Thanks to special anti-vibration filters, it provides a stable and accurate measurement by filtering ground vibrations created by motors and moving mechanisms.
Full Electrical Isolation: Device power supply, loadcell input, RS-485 ModBus line, digital inputs, and all of the analog/transistor outputs are isolated independently from each other. In this way, it is not affected by electromagnetic noises (parasitics) in industrial environments.
Effortless Electronic Calibration: In huge tanks or silos where it is difficult to physically use heavy test loads (dead weight), you can calibrate the system within seconds just by entering parametric values (according to the mV/V value).
Multiple Loadcell Support: A single PD-20 S unit; can directly supply and read 4 pieces of 350 Ohm or 8 pieces of 700 Ohm load cells.
