PULS Charging Bars are designed for all industrial processes where materials must be temporarily bonded to a surface or to each other without leaving marks or causing damage. Without the need for any chemical adhesives, they ensure that materials such as paper and plastic are clamped to conductive surfaces with the help of electrostatic force.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The static charging system consists of a charging generator and a charging bar that transfers this energy to the surface. The pins of PULS charging bars are resistively connected to the high voltage. This special design prevents sparking during operation and ensures a high level of occupational safety by minimizing the risk of electric shock to personnel.

The charging bar should be placed an average of 10-20mm away from the material, depending on the process and voltage to be applied. During the assembly phase, installation is very easy and safe thanks to the channels on the rear surface and the M8x60 connection apparatus with plastic insulating properties.

Important Technical Note: To ensure controlled and regular charging, irregular charges on the materials must be neutralized with an ionization system (Static Electricity Eliminator) before they are bonded together. Otherwise, the static charging will not be stable.
